Pazazz apples are a new variety that was created from a cross between the honeycrisp and an unknown cultivator. They are a late-season variety known for a crunchy, exceptionally sweet and subtly tart flavor similar to the honeycrisp. The flavors are enhanced because it contains more sugar, starch and acid. These are great for eating but also shine when used in recipes or baking your favorite pies and cobblers.
