Check out the variety of cheeses available in our store.  Our cheese comes from Little Red Dairy, a small on-farm cheese processing facility run by Alan and Emily Miller in Southeast Minnesota.  Alan is a 3rd generation dairy farmer, and plays an active role in the daily operations of the farm and creamery; from milking the cows to making the cheese. We believe a good cheese curd starts with high quality milk, and strive to make our cows happy and healthy.
